When inquiring and booking through this page/submission form. The Client agrees to provide one US power outlet to power our cart/wagon, which requires 900 watts at a 60Hz frequency, drawing 220 volts. This may be provided in the form of a dedicated circuit breaker, or an adequately powered generator. The Client agrees that they are liable for 75% of the cost of The Ice Guys LA (Bubba Ice USA inc) services, plus tax, in the event that they fail to provide an adequate power supply that leads to us being unable to serve our product. The Client agrees that access to the property for the ice cream carts has been confirmed before the event to The Ice Guys LA, which includes permission to access the premise and allowing for the size of the cart/wagon to be able to gain access to the event space. The Client agrees that they are liable for 75% of the event cost in the event that they are unable to provide the agreed upon access to be able to serve.
